2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services. By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

All services are subject to availability and our fair use policies.

4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Binare International cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Payment Terms
All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or online payment platforms as listed on our checkout page.

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Service Delivery
Domain registrations and hosting account setups are processed within 1 to 4 hours upon receipt of payment.

In rare cases, domain names may become unavailable during registration due to third-party registrar updates.

Binare International does not guarantee 100% uptime but strives for 99.9% network availability.

7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:

Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Host or distribute malware, viruses, phishing content, or pirated material.

Send unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).

Host content that violates Kenyan law, including hate speech, child pornography, or threats.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

8. Backups and Data
While we perform regular backups, customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. Binare International is not liable for data loss.

9. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your service at any time via your WHMCS client area.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

Hosting services may be eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee if no violations occurred.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon request, subject to evaluation.

10. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

For violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

For non-payment of services.

If required by Kenyan law or government authority.

11. Limitation of Liability
Binare International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binare International and its staff from any claim, liability, or demand arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to Kenyan courts.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
